I want to change my password.

To change your password, please do the following.
  1. Go to the career site.
  2. Log in, using your email address and the password that was emailed to you.
  3. From the Candidate Homepage, click on ‘Update your Contact Info and Preferences'.
  4. Scroll down this page to the two password fields and enter your desired password twice.
  5. Click ‘OK’ to save the information.

I received a new password, but am still unable to log in.

The password field is case sensitive. It is necessary to type the password exactly as it appears in the email. If you are using the copy/paste function, insure there are no additional spaces before or after the password. Once you have logged in using the system-generated password, you may change your password to something more personal.

I want verify that my resume has been properly submitted and/or received.

Each time you submit to a position on a career site powered by Hire.com, a copy of your contact information, profile and resume is automatically routed according to the company’s specific recruitment process. If the position to which you submitted asked qualifying questions, those questions and answers are routed with your information, as well.

To view your resume, please do the following.
  1. Visit the career web site.
  2. Log in using your email address and password.
  3. From the Candidate Homepage, click on 'Update your Resume'.
  4. Click on ‘View your Resume’ to view the resume saved to your account. If you downloaded your resume, there will be a link below the resume options to ‘Download your resume’. When you click on the link, another screen will appear with your resume.

I want to add or update my resume.

Each time you submit to a position on a career site powered by Hire.com, a copy of your contact information, profile and resume is automatically routed according to the company’s specific recruitment process. If the position to which you submitted asked qualifying questions, those questions and answers are routed with your information as well.

It is important to keep your resume current. To Add or Update Your Resume, please do the following.
  1. Visit the career web site.
  2. Log in using your email address and password.
  3. From the Candidate Homepage, click on 'Update your Resume'.
  4. Select one of the available options and enter your resume. (If updating, select the option you previously used to enter your resume to make edits.)
  5. Click 'OK' to save the information.

I received an email about matching opportunities and want to apply.

The email describing the matching job includes a link back to the position on the career site. You may either click that link to get to the job, following the prompts to pursue the opportunity, or:

  1. Visit the career site.
  2. Log in using your email address and password.
  3. From the Candidate Homepage, click on 'View Matching Jobs' or ‘View All Jobs’
  4. Click on the desired job title to view its entire description.
  5. To pursue the opportunity, click on the button to submit or apply.
  6. It may be necessary to provide additional information and/or answer qualifying questions. Upon completion, your information will be automatically routed accordingly.
Note: Job Seekers have one opportunity to apply for each position. If you have previously applied to a position, the option to apply is not displayed.

I would like to speak to someone about a postion / I want to know the status of my submission.

Hire.com is not associated with the client’s specific recruitment process. Hire.com does not store data related to salary ranges or personnel contacts. Therefore, we are unable to assist job seekers with contact information or hiring status for positions. However, the hiring authorities for the positions posted on career sites powered by Hire.com have access to all job seekers who have applied online for their positions.

I want to disable email notifications from the system.

To no longer receive email notifications about current job opportunities as they are posted, simply:
  1. Revisit the career site.
  2. Log in with your email address and password.
  3. From the Candidate Homepage, click on ‘Update your Contact Info and Preferences'.
  4. Deselect the applicable options under ‘My Notification Preferences’.
  5. Click ‘OK’ to save modifications.

I was emailed about a job and cannot find it on the site.

The job may not be posted any longer. You may conduct a search for the position by entering the Job Title into the keyword search field on the job list page. To be notified of opportunities as soon as they are posted, follow the steps below.
  1. Revisit the career site.
  2. Log in with your email address and password.
  3. From the Candidate Homepage, click on ‘Update your Contact Info and Preferences’.
  4. Select the ‘immediate’ under ‘My Notification Preferences’.
  5. Click ‘OK’ to save modifications.
